We will create a ‘Digital Recipe Book’ so that we can fulfill our mission of "supporting cultural exchanges among the students through cooking". Beyond nationality, there is a great significance of the world coming into contact with the original recipes introduced by international students from their home countries.
Interview
1.Tell me about your favorite speech of Ikeda Sensei and the reason.
This is a speech from Peking University in 1980 [in search of a new image of the people]. The teacher has been working on Japan-China friendship projects for many years, so it was very moving for the students from China.
2. Tell me about your determination for Ryukitsu.
I would like to create a place where international students can connect through cooking. Therefore, we will do our best to overcome the language and cultural barriers!
3. What makes you happy when you are doing something?
When I’m eating ice cream!
When I watch TV with my family!
And when I have a meeting with the members of my store management department!
