A: China is a country where its economy is developing rapidly with a long history and large area of land
China is a country where its economy is developing rapidly with a long history and large area of land. From north to south, there are various dishes such as sweet and spicy dishes, hence I would like to think of China as a food paradise.

Q: Please share with us the places of your hometown!
A: Guilin City!

Guilin City, China, is famous for its karst terrain, which has many limestone caves. It's a place with lots of nature and a very beautiful place, so please come and visit this amazing city!
Q: Let’s share some special festivals in China!
A: There is a festival on March 3 which we call Zhong Yuan Festival or literally Ghost festival.
Besides, we also have the Obon festival, but unlike the Japanese Obon festival, our Obon festival has a tradition of burning money in order to send the money to be used in the afterlife for our ancestors.

Red braised pork belly is famous as a home-cooked dish in China and is being enjoyed by many families. It is different from Chinese home-cooked Dongpo meat, as it looks similar so be cautious when looking it up!

A: Red braised pork belly is the first Chinese food I cook since I came to Japan.
When I made this for the first time and ate it, it reminded me of my hometown. It's a very nostalgic dish. This taste is like a symbol of my hometown because it was often made by my mother.

A: It is said that it was invented by the Northern Song dynasty poet Su Shi, and the name of the dish originated from his called name, "Shu Dong Bo".
Q: Which way is the most delicious way to eat Red braised pork belly?
A: The most delicious way to eat it is with only this dish and rice.
In a high-class dining room, it is best to let it sit for about a day after making it and eat it the next day. We recommend that you leave it for at least 12 hours. When warming up this cuisine, if possible it is better to steam. I think it's good to warm it with the heat of rice and eat it. As for the home-cooked method, you should definitely eat it immediately after making it.

A: I want to go to Mt. Fuji! I want to climb to the top of the mountain!

A: Sushi! I like shrimp tempura sushi the most.
