Q: How would you describe China?
A: China has a vast territory and wide latitude. Hence, the climate is complex and diverse.

This is also one of the reasons why there are many cuisines in China. China is a big country with amazing food cultures. Due to the influence of geographical environment, climate, cultural traditions, national customs, and other factors, China has formed various unique local flavours over its long history. These local cuisines carry certain genetic inheritance, some have similar dishes and flavours, most of them have a high popularity and are loved by many people. Among them, Shandong cuisine, Sichuan cuisine, Guangdong cuisine, Fujian cuisine, Jiangsu cuisine, Zhejiang cuisine, Hunan cuisine, and Huizhou cuisine are widely known as the "Eight Cuisines".

Q: Where are your favourite places in China that you would like to share?
A: Jingyuetan was the first water source built artificially in 1934 to supply water to the urban area of Changchun City.

The forest in the scenic area is artificially constructed, with a complete forest ecological system of 30 tree species. With its unique location advantages, it has become a "pure land in the noisy city". It has the reputation of "the largest artificial forest sea in Asia" and "urban oxygen park".

Q: What's your memory about Kung Pao Chicken?
A: The first time I tasted this cuisine was at a restaurant nearby my high school.

My high school friend's family runs a Sichuan food restaurant, hence, I often go to my friend's family restaurant for a meal. It always reminds me of the precious friendship and the high school days when I eat Kung Pao Chicken.

Q: Do you have any recommended souvenirs in China?
A: I would recommend the condiments as they are the most iconic things to buy as souvenirs in China.

Seasonings such as Lao Gan Ma (chili paste), and Goji Berry (wolfberry) are recommended too. Lastly, Chinese tea is also an amazing choice as a gift for family and friends.
