Q: How was the weather in India? Are there any seasons?
A: For India, there are four seasons.

September is very hot and sometimes it rains. During the Winter season, the degrees could drop until 1 or 2. There's snow on the top of the mountain but not in the city. When I came to Japan last year, it was my first time seeing the snow and it was amazing!

Q: What were the biggest differences between India and Japan?
A: There are no long vacations in India like in Japan.

They only have holidays during festivals, that's why I hope the festivals do not overlap on Saturdays and Sundays. Besides, the Japanese are very polite which has a polite culture and similar greetings as India.

Q: What kind of cuisine would you like to share with us?
A: Is Chicken Curry. However, the making of traditional curry is difficult.

To make it easy for everyone to make, I prepared a recipe that reduced the ingredients and procedures as much as possible, but the taste was almost the same! I usually cook my own food! Chicken curry could replace the chicken meat with lamb or goat but chicken is the best!

Besides, during festivals in India, eating meat is prohibited as Indian festivals are based on Hindu ideas, where it has the main concept of protecting animals. They do not eat meat during this period, but merely vegetarian food!

Q: When do you usually eat Chicken Curry?
A: Almost every day! I make it at a friend's house and always eat Indian food at home.

Q: What's your memory about chicken curry?

Whenever eating this meal, it reminds me of my mom and everything in India. In India, the whole family lived in a big family. In the past, I used to live with my grandparents, but now I live in a village away from my hometown, New Delhi.

Q: What is the best matching food or beverage with this meal?
A: Absolutely perfect with naan, chapati, and coca cola! We usually make Naan by ourselves!

Q: Do you know a restaurant where we can eat this meal in Japan?
A:There's a pre-cooked butter chicken curry sold in Hanamasa (A meat shop in Hachioji Station, Tokyo), you can try it! It tastes almost the same as the original.
