Q: Please tell us about France's uniqueness or special culture.
A: France's important food culture would certainly be enjoying wine, beer, and of course cheese.

Unlike Portuguese or Spain due to the separation of the Churches and State on 9 December 1905, there was not much Church festival tradition being passed down in France, but still, there are lots of festivals in France.
Q: Where are your favourite places in France?
A: My favourite place would be all the natural places in France!
Amazing mountain views at Les Alpes, marvellous family resort to stay after skiing at Station Les Rousses, Chambery in south-eastern France where I had a hiking competition around 15 years old. Besides, also the incredible scenery and hiking trails of Chamonix-Mont-Blanc.

Q: How would you describe the cuisine, La Fondue Franc-Comtois?
A: This cuisine is especially eaten in winter gathering meals after skiing in the mountains with close friends.
It's kind of like a soup of cheese using long forks to dip the cube of bread into the fondue. It could also be eaten with slices of ham, potatoes, and slices of green apple(a unique recipe from Jeremie), and vegetables.

There's various types of fondue, the types being introduced by me would be Fondue Savoyarde, Fondue Raclette and Fondue Franc-Comtois. Where the location, Francs-Comtois, or simply Comtois, is my hometown.
Q: Please share with us some interesting facts about the La Fondue!
A: Please take good care of your bread as there's a saying that the one who drops the cubed bread from the long fork will have to pay for the whole meal (laugh)!

Q: What food must we try or things we should do if we visited France?
A: When you visit France please do take a lot of pictures as France has amazing views and it was free(laugh)!

You could also buy some wine from a unique wine store called Cave a Vin where you have an expert guide for great advice and it was on average more affordable compared to regular wine stores.
